Returns and Exchanges

All items sold are non-exchangeable, non-refundable and non-returnable.
 
An exchange is valid only if:

1. The item sent is incorrect or defective when received. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at [email protected] with picture proof attached. Odd Romance will provide an exchange or refund (via an e-voucher) for incorrect/defective items when notified within 3 days upon receiving the item.

When making returns, the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a postage service with tracking that insures you for the value of the goods.

Returned items should always be kept in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation.

**Important** Items will only be officially accepted as returns if they are returned to Odd Romance within 28 days of delivery or unless we have notified you otherwise.
